When you are considering investing in an existing property it is imperative to obtain a thorough assessment of the property’s condition. When renovating your clubhouse we will work side by side with the MEP, Architectural and Structural design team to insure you remain within budget and ahead of schedule. Some of renovation we offer in the community areas, but not limited too are as follows: Pool area upgrades, BBQ area upgrades, theater renovations, lobby and grand room upgrades, structural upgrades, windows, roofing, dog wash stations, office and computer room upgrades, sauna and tanning room installations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, exterior entrance upgrades.

As a young man, at the age of 14, Nick started working alongside his father renovating apartment complexes and learning the fundamentals of the interior and exterior renovation trades in Michigan. For the next 6 years, Nick worked in the field learning each construction trade that was affiliated with apartment renovations. Nick continued his education when he traveled to Colorado from Michigan to pursue his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with a supplemental Associate degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. Putting himself through college, he was running his own small renovation business and working as a site superintendent for CSBI construction, which gave him the onsite knowledge of market rate multi-family renovations. As a post-graduate transition to ICON Builders allowed him to expand his skill set to include extensive knowledge of the affordable housing aspect of multi-family renovations. Relocating to Arizona, and working in California at age 25 allowed him to continue to prove his worth over the next eight years as he rose through the upper management ranks. Eventually he became part of the Sr Management team where he helped grow the business to a robust eight-figure annual portfolio. Now, as President and Owner of Spannos Construction, he is coordinating all the abilities he has crafted in the last 20 years, successfully turning over 18,000 units to lead this multi-family renovation company to its fullest potential.

Chris is a seasoned sales leader with over 10+ years experience in the technology sector. His goal is to develop partnerships, identify opportunities for transforming businesses and to position companies for success in today’s ever-changing business environment. He excels in creating value, while establishing long-term relationships with his customers. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Professional Golf Management, Chris is an avid golfer. He also enjoys rooting for the sports teams from his home state of Michigan, and spending time with his wife, daughter and mini Dashaund. 

As a Colorado Native, Bryce graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering. He began his career as a Project Engineer in commercial Health Care construction. After a year, Bryce transitioned to multi-family construction, joining the Spannos Construction team as an Assistant Project Manager. Over his six-year career here and the guidance of Nick Spannos, he has gained the experience developing into his current role as Senior Project Manager. Bryce’s responsibilities include overseeing all Colorado Projects, from budgets, job scoping, to assisting with ROI calculation. From beginning to end, Bryce is a hands-on leader.
